New Medical Control Doctor

Hey everyone! We have a brand new Medical Control Doctor at the helm! Dr. Otto Dickman has agreed to come play with us! Though we got very close to Dr. Engar and are sorry to see him go, we are excited to get to know Dr. Dickman. He will be meeting with us soon so stay tuned; you don't want to miss that meeting.
